In this fifth event of the Africa Agri-Tech Development series, we’ll be exploring the current barriers impeding the scale-up of agribusinesses across Africa and asking the question, ‘What soft and hard skills do African agripreneurs need to take their businesses from micro to massive?’ 

What’s more, we’ll be collaborating with our friends at Meek, supporting them in the design of a bespoke online course specifically tailored to the current and future needs of agricultural entrepreneurs across the continent and we need your help! We want you to tell us the type of skills you believe business-owners need to survive and thrive in this challenging market. Is traditional accountancy and sales training the key to success, or is a growth mindset and creative problem solving skills more important in today's digitally connected world?

In the build-up to the event, we’ll be asking participants to complete a short online questionnaire, as well as share your thoughts and experiences during an interactive workshop. This is your chance to shape the type of educational content available to current and aspiring agri-innovators, helping to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.
